RUNNING

  • Beginner 5k Builder (£40)

    This 8-week plan is for people who can already run 5K, but are still new to running and want to do it with more control, better pacing, and less guesswork. We focus on structure, recovery, and running with purpose — not just grinding it out.

    3 runs per week

    1 easy/long run (build aerobic base)

    1 interval run

    1 tempo run (develop pace control)

    1 strength session

    Targeted towards strength and injury prevention

    Optional add-ons (if energy and time allow):

    A 4th easy run

    A bonus strength session

  • Strength for running (£50)

    Designed for runners of all levels, this programme is designed to not only reduce the risk of injury but also improve your power and running economy to result in faster running times.

    Plyometrics, core work and foundational strength

HYROX

  • Hyrox Base Builder (£60)

    10 weeks of structured work to build the foundation needed for Hyrox — aerobic capacity, functional strength, and movement flow.

  • Rugby OFF-SEASON (£50)

    Week 1 example: 2 Strength and Sprints Sessions, 1 Strength Session and 1 optional Aerobic session

    Sprinting and power work, foundational strength, aerobic development

    Added focus on dominating contact

    Designed for amateur and semi-pro football players during the off-season and pre season training.
