This 8-week plan is for people who can already run 5K, but are still new to running and want to do it with more control, better pacing, and less guesswork. We focus on structure, recovery, and running with purpose — not just grinding it out.

Designed for runners of all levels, this programme is designed to not only reduce the risk of injury but also improve your power and running economy to result in faster running times.
