  • I currently train a wide range of professions and people. From blue light services to people with 9-5’s.

  • Because “performance” covers a wide range of goals, I can’t mention them all here. Send the form or drop me an email anyway, and the worst that can happen is that one of us decides it won’t quite work. Best case, then you’ve reached your goal a couple of months from now.

  • I’m based across two locations.

    1) One Leisure Outdoor Gym (the gym is indoors still the name makes it sound outdoors…)

  • I want to make your life as easy as possible. So if you want to pay for a few months upfront, weekly, monthly or annually, then we can do whatever suits you. Just ask me on the call.

  • I am pretty busy currently, but if you mention this on the call, I can work out if I can fit you in and then let you know pricing.

  • Anytime PT costs more because it gives you more flexibility with when and where we train.
    As my schedule has filled up, short-notice changes and flexible slots take more of my time to manage.
    If you know you’ll need that kind of flexibility, the higher price reflects the extra time and availability you’re getting.
