I don’t sell “X number of sessions” (it’s 2026 after all!)

To be honest, most clients fall somewhere in between.

The goal is always the same:

Give you a clear plan, the right priorities, and enough support to keep you progressing without overcomplicating things.

For most people, that looks like one of the following:

  • A mix of structured programming and in-person sessions

  • Regular gym sessions with 1-2-1 coaching

  • Fully online coaching with clear structure and check-ins

  • It doesn’t matter! As long as you want to improve your performance, even if that’s just becoming more capable in day-to-day life, then you’re welcome here

  • I currently train a wide range of professions and people. From blue light services to people with 9-5’s.

  • Because “performance” covers a wide range of goals, I can’t mention them all here. Send the form or drop me an email anyway, and the worst that can happen is that one of us decides it won’t quite work. Best case, then you’ve reached your goal a couple of months from now.

  • I’m based across two locations.

    1) One Leisure Outdoor Gym (the gym is indoors still the name makes it sound outdoors…)
