I ran a poll on my social media and 70% of people said that time is the biggest barrier stopping them from being in the shape they want to be. This is why I created Summit. The first 30-40 minutes are spent on high-quality strength work, making sure technique and integrity are our focus. the remaining 20-30 minutes are spent on conditioning. This means that you can bank some solid strength and conditioning work each week.
Don’t worry about your current fitness level either, one of my core principles is that I can have an elite athlete training right next to a beginner because all the effort/weight/cardio is RELATIVE to the individual.
