Hi I’m Dan,

High-level results and real-life balance aren’t opposites. They’re connected.


I help clients prove it: train smart, stay consistent, and actually enjoy the process.

Performance doesn’t have to mean being an elite athlete.


It could be your first pull-up, your first marathon, a bodyweight deadlift, or your first Hyrox.


I’ve coached people through all of it - from first 5Ks to ultra marathons.
