It doesn’t matter! As long as you want to do Hyrox-style training and/or enter an event, I can meet you where you’re at!

I hear this one a lot. It’s all about communication, I will have conversations with you multiple times per week via Whatsapp. Also, the more you tell me, the more I can help, if there’s an exercise you struggle with, just tell me and I can talk you through how we sort it.

I have trained people who have previously done 0 Hyrox’s and some who have done 10 previously. This is why the training is personalised, so I can meet you where you’re at.

Whilst this is unlikely, it’snot impossible. Should you have issues while we’re working together, I’ll adapt the training accordingly, should you be unable to train, we can pause or cancel the subscription easily.
